The officers and Trustees of CSCC gathered at the home of President Sally Carroll at 7:00 p.m. for pizza and beer.

President Sally Carroll opened the meeting at 8:10 p.m. and distributed a tentative club calendar for 2003 including CSCC events and other car related events. The following topics were discussed:

The next meeting will be March 21st at the Medina Toy and Train Museum. Mickey Mishne has recommended the Bavarian Deli if members wish to eat in Medina.

Don Prusha suggested that club members gather some Thursday evenings at the Giant Eagle parking lot in Chardon for the cruise in. These occur from June through August.

Sally Carroll said that she has received instructions for a cofee cup rally that was run by this club 50 years ago. She will rework it as necessary and we will run it on June 20th. Neil Scheid was asked to see if once again we could use the Hawken School parking lot as a starting point.

Don Prusha said that he would be interested in doing a car rodeo if we could find an appropriate parking lot.

Dave Bunsey has agreed to be the Rallymaster for the Alley Ralley On Palm Sunday, April 13th.

There was a discussion of the Cruise In and Flag Walk in Eastlake and our plans to attend on May 17th.

Anne Prusha announced that there will be a meeting on the history of aviation on March 1st at the Geauga West Library.

It was suggested that instead of a holiday gift exchange this year that we donate to a charitable cause. Margo Johnson told us about the needs of her 4th graders at Miles Park School and there was a concensus that the Club provide in some way for these children.

Don Prusha and Sally Carroll both have cars for sale. Mention will be made of these in the next Checkpoint.

Congratulations were offered to Dave and Bev Bunsey on their 37th Anniversary.

The meeting was adjourned by Sally Carroll.
